XACML 3.0 Spec

Hi All,

Just been looking through the spec and have the following comments:
4366 and 4369-4370, I would have thought the data type would be
"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#dayTimeDuration"; but it is listed as,
"urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:2.0:data-type:dayTimeDuration".

The same goes for yearMonthDuration on lines 4375, 4378-9.

Given that the w3 schema supports these types it would make sense to make
use of them and keep it in line with everything else.
