Things that need updating after CD vote

All,

Here is a list of the cross references and other things we need to 
update when the docs are updated to CD. We must include this list of 
changes in our vote or Mary won’t let us do these changes. Hal, anyone, 
did I forget something?

Broadly speaking, we need to update the following:
• Document titles and other metadata on the front page
• Namespace identifiers in schema files
• Document and schema file names
• Cross references between the spec docs
• Cross references between the schema files
• Acknowledgements
• Remove revision history (revision history is not recommended for OASIS 
standards, so I suppose we can keep it until then)

More specifically the items are:

In XACML core:
• Update the spec title, date and other metadata on the front page
• Update the namespace of the core schema
• Update the cross reference to the hierarchical profile
• Update the cross reference to the multiple profile
• Update the cross reference to the admin/delegation profile
• Acknowledgements

In delegation:
• Update the spec title, date and other metadata on the front page
• Update (and fix formatting) the cross reference to the core spec
• Acknowledgements

In dsig:
• Update the spec title, date and other metadata on the front page
• Fix formatting of reference to SAML spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the core spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the SAML profile
• Acknowledgements

In Hierarchical
• Update the spec title, date and other metadata on the front page
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the core spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the multiple profile
• Acknowledgements

In Multiple
• Update the spec title, date and other metadata on the front page
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the core spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the hierarchical 
profile
• Acknowledgements

In Privacy
• Update the spec title, date and other metadata on the front page
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the hierarchical 
profile
• Acknowledgements

In RBAC
• Update the spec title, date and other metadata on the front page
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the core spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the 2.0 RBAC 
profile spec
• Acknowledgements

In SAML
• Update the spec title, date and other metadata on the front page
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the 
admin/delegation profile
• Fix formatting of reference to SAML spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the SAML profile
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the core spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the core 2.0 spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the core 1.1 spec
• Update and fix formatting of the cross reference to the core 1.0 spec
• Update and fix formatting of the references to the SAML profile 
schemas (Is it necessary to make this reference to itself? Could we 
remove it?)
• Acknowledgements
• Cross references in the schema files to the core and 
protocol/assertion schemas.
