Changes required for spec submitted for review

Hi everyone,

I'm the new OASIS Publications Specialist, working with the TCs to help 
them ensure that their documents conform to consortium standards.  I 
have noted corrections below that need to be made to your spec. Please

Required Fixes:

1. For Previous Version, put N/A.
   
   
2. Notices page: Add 2010 to the Copyright.
   
   
3. Line 12, [BIS] & [DDTC] are not linked to their references (Section 1.4, lines 61-64).
   
   
4. Line 38, Remove extra period.
   
   
5. Line 57, [XACML] - change to the correct citation format, as follows:
   
   OASIS Committee Draft 02, "eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) Version 3.0", November 2008.

6. Line 86, [BIS] & [DDTC] are not linked to their references (Section 1.4, lines 61-64).
   
   
7. [Optional] - Throughout the body of the spec, the glossary words are bolded as if they were links to their definitions in the glossary. It would be nice to have those links activated.
