Subject: proposed XML exchange language discussed in PCAST document
Bill The group might be interested in the proposed XML exchange language discussed in the December "President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology" (PCAST) document (attached). They propose a fine-grained model for addressing privacy and security based on tagged data elements at a very detailed level. The report has a number of interesting ideas that might have some cross-over with XACML.
