Subject: Question about DECIMAL data type

Where does the TC stand in regards to the DECIMAL data type? In XACML the data types are constrained to strings, integers, doubles, etc. There is no equivalent of the Decimal data type for fixed precision arithmetic. We currently use an extension (custom data type in our XACML implementation). Do you agree that the Decimal data type should be included in the XACML 3 specification? Can someone point me to earlier discussion if applicable on why it was omitted?
