XACML 3.0 namespace

All,

In http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/3.0/xacml-3.0-core-spec-en.html it says:
	Declared XML Namespace(s):
	urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:3.0:core:schema:wd-17

However, in http://docs.oasis-open.org/xacml/3.0/XSD/cs-xacml-schema-policy-01.xsd it says:
	targetNamespace="urn:oasis:names:tc:xacml:1.0:policy"

Neither seems right to me, but at the very least the two should match, right?
