Requesting a document template

The procedure for getting TC Admin to create a new empty document with the right headers and such is to go here:

http://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests

The link under "New Work Products" is what you want. If you click on the link, you will see what information they need. The main items are Work Product Title and Work Product Abbreviation. Other items like editors and namespaces can be added or changed later if they need to be.
