II. Administrivia
 XACML Interop
John noted that the first meeting talked about tests to run. Initial
scope is to rerun use Cases from RSA and extending into some
aerospace specific technologies. John thinks it is starting to get
close to critical mass. Weekly meetings will be held on Tuesdays
(+/- 9:00am PT). Boeing, NextLabs, Axiomatics, Siemens, Quest have
expressed some interest. Other members encouraged to participate.
Jean-Paul offered to assist in adapting a policy to comply with TSCP.

 IPC Profile
John noted it went for Public Review for 30 days. Should be complete
by the middle of the month. He noted that TSCP had some good
feedback and that there will likely be updates based upon this.

 EC-US Profile
Bill noted that he had thought he had posted the Profile to TC Admin
but was mistaken. He will post in the next day or so as a 15-day
  review.

 Policy Binding by Reference Profile
Jean-Paul reviewed the concept of an abstract policy identification
and the basic elements of its operation. His initial work on this has
been captured in the TC wiki.

 Policy Template Profile
Meets two basic Use Cases: (1) Introduces a basic templating
mechanism for PAPs to handle multiple Policies that have much in
common with specific variation points; (2) Introduces a Policy
template that is consumable by the PEP, whereby the context of the
Request leads to the generation of a specific Policy instance to
apply. These processes my with by statically or dynamically. Rich
raised the question of impact on the specification. Danny noted that
static may be normative, dynamic be optional as a way to address
this. Hal offered that multiple conformance clauses may also address
  this.

Danny introduced the concept of paramterizing an Attribute
Descriptor in addition to the discussion on the value of parametrized
Attribute Values. He will post further investigation on this to the
  list/wiki.

Hal noted that the next steps are really dictated by how stable the
author think the proposal is. Once editing is ready to begin, a
request is made to TC Admin for each Profile. The TC Admin will
respond with a document shell that may then be used to document the
  work.

 JSON
  No updates at this time.

 REST Profile
Ray noted that it will be a few weeks before he has anything new.

 PAP Architecture
There is general concurrence on the current version of the work on
  this in the wiki.

meeting adjourned.
