John,

The file says that the stage is a CSPRD, but you made changes in the content, right? I don't think TC admin will approve that and you'll get stuck when you ask for them to do the review announcement. I think the process is that you create a WD, and TC admin updates the doc to CSPRD after a TC vote.

The same comment goes for the EC profile as well.

Or did I miss an earlier WD upload? I cannot find one.
