   7 February 2013 TC Meeting
   APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY

II. Adminstrivia
  REST Profile Status
   Bill: Submitted to TC Admin. Should be announced soon.
   
  RSA Interop
   John: participation has been good. Monday marks the beginning of the
         interop.
   Hal: noted that a banner and flyer has gone out. There will be a
        continuous slide show running at the demo. Hal asked the TC if
        had any interest in reviewing the content he will post to the
        demo group later today.

  TC Web site updated
   Rich: The website has been updated with v3.0, live data

  XACML Obligation Profile for Healthcare
   Hal: I owe some comments on this to Mohammad re: formatting, layout,
        naming.
   Mohammad: awaiting comments

  JSON MIME Type Approved

  IPC/EC-US Profiles Status
   John: PR has ended and there are not any comments. Interested in moving
         to Committee Spec. 
   VOTE: Request TC ADMIN to produce a Special Majority Vote to approve
         a Committee Specification for both 
         XACML 3.0 Export Compliance-US (EC-US) Profile Version 1.0
         and
         XACML Intellectual Property Control (IPC) Profile Version 1.0
   MOTION: John Tolbert
   SECOND: Chrystal Hayes
   BALLOT: APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY
   Hal: Since we have a number of Profiles coming up there can be
        efficiencies submitting multiple Profiles at the same time.
   John: Will Profiles require Attestations? If so, when?
   Hal: the current rules treats each document as an Oasis Standard so
        will have the same requirements, so yes Attestations are
        required. The best course is to gather Attestations once the CS
        ballot closes so that there is a specific reference to the CS.
