I just saw your note. If you are not going to make any changes to the public review draft, just ignore this message. 

If you all are going to make some strictly editorial, non-material changes however, please note that there are some steps you need to take in order to vote on it as a CS - they are explained in this how-to section: https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tcadmin/approving-a-committee-specification-or-note-draft-with-non-material-changes
