Here's a brief update on the IDESG Standards Registry issue:

The IDESG Board, at its meeting on Jan 17, 2017, approved the nominations of XACMLv3, Core Spec and XACMLv3 Selected Profiles to be included in the IDESG Standards Registry for consideration by the next IDESG Plenary. Plenary approval is the final step in the IDESG Standards Adoption Process.

The date for the Spring Plenary is not yet set, AFAIK, but I have pinged the Plenary Chair for an estimate..
