I took an action item to see if we need to do anything special to hear an speaker on Open Policy Agent.
Since the project is open source and there do not seem to be any constraints on the IPR being used, I don't think we need to do anything special. In particular we don't need to ask the speaker to sign a Feedback License or Copyright Grant License.
The way we have handled this type of thing in the past is to ask a speaker to join us for one of our regular calls, conduct business as usual, adjourn the meeting and continue with the speaker.
Does anyone know of a speaker? We could do it at our next call on February 27.
