  TC discussed changes made to Working Draft 05

  VOTE
   Steven: 
    I move to approve XACML v3.0 Dynamic Attribute Authority, Version 1.0, 

    Working Draft 05 as a Committee Specification Draft and to request that TC Admin conduct

    an initial 30-day Public Review of it.
