        This is the initial draft for a separation of duties profile. The normative stuff is mostly there, but it is really the examples that will show how it all hangs together and they still need to be provided.

Description
This specification defines a method for supporting separation of duties
within XACML policies using obligations and allowing the full generality of
attribute-based access control. In particular, duties are not required to
be associated with subject roles.
