[xcbf] Another meeting opportunity

OASIS is offering to host TC meetings at the PKI Forum
meeting in Dallas 11/5 - 11/7. If you're interested in
doing this please let me know asap so that we can ask
OASIS to arrange for the rooms.

I may have a speaking opportunity there as well, so
even if we can not be quorate it might be nice if a
few of us could gather to work on the document.
