Title:
Alessandro,
I appreciate that you did so. Though a first draft of all deliverables
was due by our agreed schedule on May 30. As I recall there
were minor problems that were never corrected and resubmitted.
I ended up generating all of those currently in the document.
It would be nice to have more examples in future versions of
the XCBF document. It would be best if these came from
more than one source. And perhaps a simple Web Services
example could be included, and one that distributes certificates,
or other examples that demonstrate the flexibility of the work.
And looking beyond examples, I would like to see a set of
test cases developed. If this could be done, we could try to
orchestrate a bake off perhaps, where vendors could come
together and do interoperability testing.

John.
What you say below may well be true. But the agreement in
Baltimore was not the only occurrence. Another member of the
ASN.1 group offered to provide XER examples of XCBF messages,
and did not.
Phil, I sent you examples on August 28.
Alessandro
