Subject: Fwd: [xcbf] Nominations for TC Chair to close 1 May

Having received no further nominations by the stated deadline, I
declare them closed. This morning I am creating a ballot on the XCBF TC
members' pages to approve the nomination of Tyky Aichelen as TC chair. It
will remain open for one week, until 5pm Pacific Daylight (USA) time
(GMT-0700). Friday 9 May. Voting members please cast your ballots. See
below for more detail on the voting roster.

Please note my separate message to the list shortly, about plans for a
telephone meeting next week.

Roster detail: Our system reflects the following voting
members: Aerts, Aichelen, Day, Gerome, Griffin, Larmouth, Martin, Scott,
Thompson, Thorpe.
Additionally the system shows three full members flagged as not having
voting privileges: Messing, Nguyen, Randall. This is explained in a
message of Phil Griffin's dated 25 April
[http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xcbf/200304/msg00141.html ].
If you are not on either of those lists, you likely have nonvoting
'observer' status. If you have an question about your status please
contact me.
(In addition, I set the voting flag for myself. I will not vote, but
did want to see the automatically generated notice for confirmation
purposes. I will remove myself as a member as soon as you've elected a
chair)

Best regards
Jamie Clark
Acting interim TC chair
