Thanks Karl.

That is disastrous!  Don't know why!

I guess they all voted YES for the thing to become a CS, but the problem is 
presumably because the formal votes at the OASIS level are from different people 
from those voting at the TC level, and those voting at the OASIS level have not 
been breifed by those at the TC level?

Tyky seems to be trying to do here best to recover the situation.

(No reply needed if the above analysis is probably correct.)
