adjustments to upcoming editors calls

Due to the upcoming heavy travel schedule for many of the editors, I have worked out a proposal with Drummond on adjustments to our regular call schedule taking into account travel days and time zones (as best i could).

Please let me know if these changes will work for most folks. If i get a general consensus, i will proceed to update the kavi calendar [1].
