Subject: [no subject]

Please keep in mind that these ideas are shot from the hip and that
their impact on TC team dynamics would probably have to be carefully
studied by the Oasis staff before adoption. One way to maybe test the
waters would be for Oasis to authorize one TC to adopt the next
generation tools as a trial and report their findings based on
comparison with experiences on prior TCs. To minimize impact on daily
operations these tools could be implemented on a site external to the
OASIS site, with access to the tools limited to only TC members and
Oasis staff via accounts and passwords.
