No XDI TC telecon this week

XDI TC Members and Observers:

It was discussed on last week's official call that during July and August,
the bi-weekly unofficial TC calls would be held only if a subgroup had a
specific topic they needed to discuss.

The consensus is that this week the time is better spent on work we need to
complete before next week's official call (specifically, the next rev of the
UCR doc and a new crop of XDI example docs).

So there will be no XDI TC call tomorrow. The next call will be Wed., 21
July 5-7pm PT US / Thur, 22 July 9-11am Japan.
