Subject: Agenda - XDI TC Call Wed. 9/29 7AM-9AM Pacific / 11PM-1AM Japan
XDI TC Members and Observers: Following is the date/time, call-in info, and agenda for the next XDI TC telecon, which is an OFFICIAL meeting: Date: Wednesday, 29 September 2004 Time: 07:00am - 09:00am Pacific Time / 11:00pm - 1:00am Japan US Domestic Toll Free: 866.365.4406 Intl. Toll: (+1) 303.248.9655 Meeting ID: 6022117 ROLL CALL 1) CALL TO ORDER a) Approval of previous minutes * Marc Le Maitre will report on the ballot on past minutes. b) Agenda review and additions c) Announcements (especially for XDI TC home page) * Drummond, Geoffrey, and Fen are speaking at the Internet2 Fall Meeting in Austin on Wednesday night. d) Review of outstanding action items 2) FACE TO FACE MEETING The consensus is for the TC to have its next f2f immediately following Digital ID World 2004 (see http://conference.digitalidworld.com/). The meeting will begin with lunch following the final DIDW session on Thursday, 10/28, will include dinner Thursday night, and will go through lunch Friday, so participants can catch flights on Friday afternoon. We plan to offer dial-in sessions both Thursday afternoon and Friday morning so if you can't attend in person, you can attend one or both telecon sessions. 3) ENUMINO AND ANOMINO Jean-Luc Schellens will provide an introduction to his work on the eNumino and aNomino protocols described in the white paper he sent to the TC (see http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xdi/200408/msg00041.html). This is an excellent opportunity to explore the synergy between this work and XDI. 4) CIQ TC LIAISON Back in March, Jean-Luc also offered to help form a liaison with the OASIS CIQ (Customer Information Quality) TC. The chair of that TC, Ram Kumar, indicated he would like to explore that liaison, so the ball has been in our court. The CIQ TC just adopted a new charter (see http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ciq/charter.php), and it does indeed look like there could be high synergy between the two TCs, so we will discuss how to proceed with this. 5) USES CASES AND REQUIREMENTS Due to low attendance at last week's unofficial call, we did not complete the UCR review. Marc Le Maitre will lead a review of sections 2-4 of the v5 UCR (see http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/8773/draft-xdi-use-cases-a nd-requirements-v5.doc) with the goal of completing any changes to these sections. 6) NEW BUSINESS 7) CLOSING AND NEXT MEETING
