ROLL CALL

1) CALL TO ORDER
a) Approval of previous minutes
b) Agenda review and additions
c) Announcements (especially for XDI TC home page)
d) Review of outstanding action items

2) REVIEW OF MINUTES OF F2F
For those who were not there, we will summarize the key discussion points of
the f2f meeting at Digital ID World. (Minutes should be mailed out today.)

3) DISCUSSION OF OVERALL DESIGN OBJECTIVES
At the f2f, there was considerable discussion about the key design objective
of XDI, specifically the tension between: a) a "SOAP for Data" (generalized
XML metadata binding) model, and b) a "Dataweb" (distributed logical
database) model. We will continue that discussion on the call with the goal
of deciding what changes, if any, should be made in our charter and
deliverables.

4) DISCUSSION OF NEW XDI SCHEMA SUGGESTIONS
Some of the most exciting ideas at the f2f revolved around new ideas for how
to approach the XDI schema. Drummond will introduce a new Dataweb schema
inspired by these ideas. Other schema design suggestions are welcome (please
upload at least a sample XML document before the call).

5) NEXT STEPS
Based on the outcome of these discussions, we'll lay out our next steps
including: a) any potential charter revisions, b) finishing the UCR, c)
finishing the first proposed schema, and d) getting the first round of
implementation feedback.

6) CLOSING AND NEXT MEETING
