XDI TC Wiki pages

XDI TC Members and Observers,

I was assigned the action item on last week's call to set up a branch of the
public XRI/XDI wiki hosted by Identity Commons for informal coordination
among XDI TC project team members. This branch is now set up at:

	http://xrixdi.idcommons.net/moin.cgi/XdiTc

I also put in two pages for issues lists:

Note that these wiki pages are only for informal collaboration and not for
official XDI TC business. Any content relevant to the TC should be sent
either as an email to the TC list or uploaded to the TC document repository.
