Following are the minutes of today's XDI TC call:

1) PROPOSED CHARTER REVISION
Drummond posted a proposal with updated deliverable dates and minor text
revisions in Word format with revision marks at:

After a short discussion about the deliverables and dates, one action item
was assigned:

# Drummond to send a note to the list asking for any feedback/revisions
prior to OASIS staff review of the legal language.

2) V13 SCHEMA & XDI ADDRESSING
We discussed two changes to the current XDI Addressing proposal (v10):

1) Updating it to match the v13 schema

2) Making cross-references explicit in XRI element values, i.e., instead of
following the rule in the v10 proposal in which the parentheses around
cross-references are not included in the contents of an XRI element, the
rule would be that the literal value of each XRI subsegment would be used as
the contents of the XRI element used to identify a Resource or a Link.

It was agreed that this rule was both simpler to understand and use in XDI
documents and would eliminate potential ambiguities about the use of
parentheses.
