Yes, Fen, Thursday is the "meaty" day. Anyone who is able to adjust their
schedules should plan to attend that day. We'll start at lunch, work all
afternoon, then anyone who can is invited to go to dinner afterwards so we
get a little offline time too.

I'll send a more detailed proposed agenda tomorrow.
