Groups - XDI Schema Proposal V18 (draft-xdi-schema-v18.xsd) uploaded

This v18 schema proposal has exactly two changes:

1) Change from authority/type/instance element names to
subject/predicate/object element names.

2) Cardinality of xri child element of link changed from 1-to-n to 0-to-n
per suggestion of Steve Churchill. This will require a slight modification
of XDI addressing rules.
