Hi Drummond,
If the current charter has to revised,  please create the revised 
charter highlighting the
changes to the original one,  have it agreed by TC members internally, 
and then send it to
Mary McRae, OASIS TC Administrator for review. Once this is fine, Mary 
will set up an
official ballot for the TC to vote on the revised charter.
