Subject: RE: XDI X3 format

Title: RE: XDI X3 format

Thanks Markus. The one at http://wiki.oasis-open.org/xdi/RdfX3Syntax is what I considered X3 syntax.  The XDI RDF model one is expanded for readability.  I still prefer my original version, but I need to put my money where my mouth is and do some editing to create a new XDI RDF Model doc. On the way, but currently swamped in client work.

More to come soon, hopefully,
Bill

Subject: XDI X3 format

Hi Bill !

I am in the process of learning a bit about XDI, and while reading through
various material I came across your X3 notation, which looks wonderful.
However, in different documents it looks slightly different.

http://wiki.oasis-open.org/xdi/RdfX3Syntax
(This looks very compact..)

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/xdi/download.php/24064/xdi-rdf-model-v5.pdf
(Here subjects, predicates, objects and literals are all on separate lines.)

Could you help me out to understand which one is your most recent idea of
this format? I assume it's the second, since it is the more recent document,
but I thought I'd ask you since you invented it!

all the best,
Markus
