RE: [xri] Super Simple SEP Selection proposal

Great question as always Markus.

My initial gut feel is to follow the same rule we established once before
(my memory fails exactly where), which was that an explicit parameter
overrides any other option. So we would still have _xrd_t, and if present it
would override the path.
