XDI TC Members and Observers,

It is with great pleasure that I announce the first content-complete Working Draft of XRI Syntax 3.0 (see the links below). Except for acknowledgements and a few references that are pending on other XRI TC specs (like XRD 1.0), it is complete.

This is particularly important to us since the XDI 1.0 specifications are based on XRI 3.0.

If you have the opportunity, please give it a close read and send feedback to the XRI TC (if you are member) or the XRI Comment list [1] if you are not.
