Regarding the "new view on the XDI graph model", I recently made 2 screencasts explaining how some of my code currently works:

1) REVIEW OF "NEW VIEW OF THE XDI GRAPH MODEL" DOCUMENT

Drummond has posted a document summarizing many of the key insights coming out of the XDI Retreat in mid-August:

Please read this short document (~5 pages with several diagrams) before the call if you can. We'll go over to see if everyone is harmonized on this "new view".



2)  XDI JSON SCHEMA

We have a stable proposal on the JSON Format page at:

We need to discuss this with the TC members who were not at the retreat and see if there is any early implementation feedback.


3) LINK CONTRACTS

An example of the core link contract pattern appears in the New View document (see link in agenda item #1 above).


4) QUESTIONS AROUND $IS SEMANTICS

Open issue: close on whether we need an additional $word that is the equivalent of Higgins Personal Data Model (PDM) semantics of h:correlation, which is not as strong as $is.
