RE: XDI TC Jira accounts

Hi Robin,

Hope you are well and about to enjoy a great 4th.

Revisiting this JIRA thing again because we've found on the TC that several members do not have familiarity with the JIRA instance OASIS uses.  On the most recent call it was requested that I ask OASIS staff for a 1 hr training telecon to walk the TC members through opening an issue with the necessary level of detail, issue status changing and searching for issues.

Can someone from OASIS support that? You could record the training and make it a podcast in the future as well.
