Subject: nix $is$binary
TC: I agree we don't need $is$binary:By default we can return a statement without the value, and it's clear that statement contains binary by type "image/png;base64" : a/b/(data:image/png;base64,)
The user could specify just with $get$binary that he wants the binary data.
