The consensus appears to be to keep our actual decision point meeting to one meeting a week - the regular Friday meeting - and then keep any second call informal.

Also, I agree with Mike about using the wiki discussion tabs for proposal discussion as much as we can. I have it on my to-do list this week to add more detail to the Proposal Drafting page on the wiki to help encourage this process.

I do have a suggestion/hope:  Can we move more of the conversations to the wiki discussion tab, which will help greatly when we come back to discuss these issues. Or perhaps we can drive to a closure on some issues on the wiki itself. I think this would be more effective than adding another meeting...
