SPEC TEMPLATE DISCUSSION

Based on the input from Chet Ensign and Paul Knight last week, we now need to decide the names and contents of the specifications for which we want to request templates. See:

1. Should XDI Graph Model and XDI Serialization be combined since they are so hard to separate?

2. Should XDI API be called XDI Messaging?
