An attribute can contain any number of attribute collections, though not entity collections. This is separate from the (optionally present) value of the attribute itself.

> Since a Value node is also defined as a singleton, I'm confused how we defined collections... Also one of the (blue) figure at the beginning of the spec does seem to indicate that an attribute can contain a collection...or did I get this wrong (likely)?
