"The endpoint URIs of XDI endpoints can be discovered using the XDI Discovery"

1. Aren't XDI endpoints URIs? Relates to previous ticket about the need to define what an XDI endpoint is & encompasses.

2. I'd suggest to remove the 1st 'endpoint' to make it more readable i.e. "The URIs of XDI endpoints can be discovered..."
