| This is what I earlier identified as a possible cross-site scripting problem. The DTD on http://docs.oasis-open.org won’t work even with a document on www.oasis-open.org which is where our working draft uploads appear, possibly because the domains are not identical. I suggested OASIS link the DTD and support files at some path on www.oasis-open.org but never heard anything back on this.
Interestingly, it's the XDI core spec that has hardcoded paths in it:

I checked the URL, it does reference an existing document.
The rest is identical in both specs AFAICT.
Can you try to use the XDI core link to see if it solves the issue you're seeing?

Maybe it has some hardcoded paths for the stylesheets that only work on your machine?
