Your work is somewhat different from what most in the committee work on.
Most
of us in the TC are involved with the localization of executable software
(such
as DLL's,  OCX's,  EXE's,  and PL/SQL) rather than documents (like XHTML or
HTML),  so your input would broaden our reach.

In order to participate fully you must be a member of OASIS.   You can be an
individual or corporate member - it only matters in terms of how your name
is
listed on our website (individual = no company name listed).  See this page
for
more information ->  https://www.oasis-open.org/join/organizations.shtml

If for some reason you can't join OASIS as a member,  please let me know.
We
may be able to work something out with OASIS.

Let me know how you'd like to proceed.

By the way,  it would be very interesting to see your work sometime.  If you
