Comments on XLIFF Version 2.0 Committee Specification Draft 01 http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.0/csprd01/xliff-core-v2.0-csprd01.pdf In "2.2.2.2 file" It does not really make sense to force a specific order for the elements of modules before the first <unit>/<group> in <file>. Since extension could be listed in any order, it probably make sense to just allow modules and extensions, then the core elements (skeleton, <unit>/<group). -ys
