Hi all,
you have just received dial in details and invite/agenda for the first ever XLIFF OMOS TC meeting next week.
Please note that - for IPR reasons - the TC is not permitted to work until the first meeting takes place.
The only permissible topics on this mailing list until after the inaugural meeting next week are:
- Logistics of the first meeting
- Nominations for Chair/Co-Chairs
Nominations can also be made in the first meeting up until the election.
Also please note that today is the deadline for joining as eligible voters for the inaugural meeting.
Members who will have joined after today will need to gain their voting rights by attending 2 quorum meetings in sequence. The inaugural meeting will count towards voters eligibility.
Members and co-proposers who have joined by now or are going to join during today will be eligible but have to attend the inaugural meeting to actually confirm their eligibility.
