Subject: Re: [xliff-omos] As requested, your SVN instance for version control is set up
Chet, great thanks for resolving all of our recent ticketsHowever, I'd like to reopen this version control ticket https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-2303 if possible. Before I made the version control request I asked you how to request a *git* instance for spec authoring and you said there was no separate ticket for git creation and that I need to say that we want git rather than SVN in the note of the version control request, so I did, also referencing the TC consensus to request git rather than SVN.See content copy pasted from the ticket:Submitted on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 - 11:22

Please set up a: SVN version control instance

The TC would prefer a git instance for it's specs if possible.

Thanks dFIn the last XLIFF OMOS TC I brought this up with the TC and the consensus was that git would be better even for spec authoring. Git in the experience of the members requires less manual intervention when merging..Would it be please possible to get a git instance for XLIFF OMOS TC spec authoring? Thanks and cheersdFDr. David Filip===========OASIS XLIFF OMOS TC ChairOASIS XLIFF TC Secretary, Editor, Liaison OfficerSpokes Research FellowADAPT CentreKDEG, Trinity College DublinMobile: +420-777-218-122On Wed, Jan 27, 2016 at 9:09 PM, Chet Ensign <chet.ensign@oasis-open.org> wrote:Members of the XLIFF OMOS TC,As requested in https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-2303, an SVN instance has been set up for the use of the TC.
