I wouldn't replace all booleans with enumerations.

I think where XLIFF has just yes / no, those are semantically booleans and we should stick to that in the OM and JLIFF.

The canReorder is a special case. Obviously it isn't and cannot be a boolean with the third value..

There are other uses of “boolean” in JLIFF that need to be replaced by enumerations of “yes” and “no” to align the schema with XLIFF 2.1. I will make these changes and update the JLIFF schema.

In doing more tests against the schema I think we need to change the “canReorder” property to an enumeration. In the Editing Hints section of the XLIFF 2.1 Specification it can take a value of “firstNo”.
