Robert making progress offline, more leaf editing progress expected by 26th May

Action on dF: Create structure for subgroup and subfile analogically to subunit. dF will make a PR from his branch for Robert to merge..

Yoshito had some questions on XLIFF <-> JLIF roundtriping and potential reference implementations.

Experimental implementations by Phil and Joachim Schurig's TDC API show that XLIFF 2.0/2.1 and JLIFF 2.0/2.1 are compatible on teh data model level and capable of roundtrip
