I havenât worked on my code for a while but from a quick look at my git log, I did make updates to bring my code in line with the schema changes
for the new LocQualityIssues wrapper and it appears to resolve my issue.
I will try to join todays call.

In our spec. we have locQualityIssues defined as an array of locQualityIssue. However, if a Unit contains more than one segment it is conceivable that we will want to have standoff
markup (i.e. more than one array of locQualityIssues), one for each segment within the Unit. Otherwise you cannot tell which issues belong to which segment.
