Microsoft is donating space for June F2F in London

Great thanks to Kevin, for organizing this!
@Bryan, would you kindly set up an F2F page on main TC wiki? I know I
could do it, but I am not great with wikies. Once you have set up the
skeleton, Kevin and myself will fill out the logistics detail. I
volunteer to provide skeleton agenda as well.
As Yves said, we need to draw TC's attention to the F2F (and Sympoium)
early on..
As the spec is rounding up, I would position the F2F as the public
comments handling F2F.
