Hi all,

Following todays Segmentation Subcommittee meeting I have updated the
document to detail a proposal that includes a new <segmented-source>
element, where a copy of the <source> content is marked-up with
segmentation.

Please review this document and post your feedback to the newsgroup by
Friday February 11. After that I will set up a ballot where we can vote for
this as our proposal to the main TC.
