I doubt it. Using the INI file would be challenging. And I assume you would need some
segmentation rules as well. That seems a complicated task to realize in XSLT.

If I understand well you want a TTX filter that can go to XLIFF and back. Does it has to
be XSLT based?

the ini file that comes with it to create a XLIFF and turn the translated XLIFF into a
